Couples from Sandwell and beyond explored the possibilities of their perfect wedding day on Sunday 22 February at the Wedding Showcase at Sandwell Valley Visitor Centre, where they toured the venue dressed at its best for a ceremony and reception, met the friendly events team and connected with trusted local suppliers.

The showcase offered inspiration for weddings of all styles and sizes, with beautifully presented spaces and a welcoming atmosphere that encouraged couples to imagine their celebrations. Guests met experienced staff and gathered ideas from a range of recommended suppliers including photographers, pianists, make-up artists and decorators, helping them begin their wedding planning journey with confidence.

As well as showcasing decor and suppliers, the event highlighted Sandwell Valley’s strengths as a countryside wedding venue. Fully licensed for civil ceremonies, the Visitor Centre offers both indoor and outdoor options, allowing couples to hold their ceremony, reception and evening celebration in one seamless location. With scenic grounds, accessible parking and a dedicated events team, the venue provides a flexible and convenient setting for celebrations.
